At Capex Recoveries we like to keep financial matters simple and easy to understand.
We pride ourselves on having no hidden costs so everything is crystal clear from the beginning.
Commission Charges
10% on all UK Debts
Commission is only charged if we recover the debt. In the unlikely event that our activities do not result in a collection then we simply charge our Service Fee of £25.00 + VAT
Debt Purchase Scheme
Market Rates
The purchase price will be dependant on the age of the debt and other circumstances such as how the debt occurred. Subject to valuation all debts are purchased in Sterling.
Fixed Fee Legal Action
We provide a fixed fee litigation service for non-contentious cases. The majority of these costs are recovered from the debtor on collection. For fees please see links below.
In the event that the claim is contended we will provide you with a Solicitor or Litigation Executive to deal with your claim at the prevailing rates.
