Frequently debtors dispute the amount that is owed or they have unresolved issues which prevent them from paying. Our full collection service takes the case from the first letter before action to dispute resolution and, if required, litigation action. We will resolve any outstanding issues or disputes and mediate between both parties. Alternatively, the debtor could be avoiding or delaying payment and our service is designed to keep the pressure on the debtor to respond to the claim. In the event that the debtor has moved or cannot be located we will trace the debtor to their new address.
Our No Win - No Fee service for debts over £500 means that we are always financially motivated to effect full recovery. In the unlikely event that we do not recover the debt there will be no fees to pay. You then have the option to consider using one of our other services such as debt purchase or legal action subject to terms and conditions.
Commission rate on all debts is 10%.
